I am running for Franklin County Commissioner District 2.

I am a lifelong resident of Franklin County. I was born and raised on the family farm north of Pasco in Block One.

I believe in responsible, limited government, promoting agriculture and small business.

As County Commissioner I will be an extension of and voice for the people of the Franklin County.

Member of the Washington Cattlemen's Association

Elected PCO Precinct 101 Franklin County Republcan Party

My Father, John Mullen, was number 7 in the opening of the Basin Reclamation Project in 1948.

Our family has been involved in agriculture ever since.

I will work hard to preserve agriculture in Franklin County.

My family has deep roots in the cattle business going back to the 1800's.

My wife Tami McIrvin Mullen and I are in the cattle business, carrying on a family tradition. We run our cattle in Stevens County during the summer and winter them here in Franklin County.

I am a local business owner in Franklin County.

Together with my wife we own and operate Dove Financial Services, Sahara Pizza, Big Western Entertainment and Mullen Cattle Co.

I realize the importance of small business in our community and the need for limiting government regulations.

Family Values

I have strong Christian values and believe in the importance of family.

I will work hard to preserve family values and our rural way of life.
